The room was comfortable, elegant, and spotless. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi with a stunning view. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay truly memorable.- The hotel's location was superb, offering beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.- We had the opportunity to explore the nearby islands, which were breathtaking.

The flooring in the bungalow was made of hard plastic, which felt uncomfortable and had sharp edges. The breakfast was not up to our expectations, with limited portions and a lack of variety.

The service in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Alexis and Christian provided excellent service, and the Chef created delicious food with beautiful presentation. The sunset view was spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay. The pool was crystal clear and just the right temperature. We enjoyed the complimentary drink upon arrival, and the friendly reception added to the welcoming atmosphere. The hotel area and landscapes were stunning, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. The boat excursions, bird watching tour, and snorkeling were all fantastic, especially for families with kids. The hotel staff was well-organized and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The reasonable prices in the restaurant were a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location is simply stunning, with beautiful pools and well-kept gardens. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and come with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and the management is always available and attentive to guests' needs. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and they even offer custom meals for kids that are also healthy.

Some guests mentioned that the service during breakfast was slow and unorganized at times. There were also a few issues with cleanliness in the bedrooms, with dirty coffee cups being left for multiple nights.

We also appreciated the complementary welcome drink and snack upon arrival. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby beaches and activities.

The dinner options were a bit limited and could have used more variety. the pool area was a bit crowded at certain times, making it difficult to find a spot to relax.

We got incredible value for our money at Bocas Del Mar. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The menu for breakfast could have had more options for vegetarians, like fresh vegetables. Although the food was good overall, there were only two selections in the vegetarian menu, and we ended up having to eat some fish because we ran out of options.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in a small beach town. Bocas Del Mar exceeded our expectations with its great rooms, friendly staff, and amazing views. The hotel offered a variety of tours, including a memorable day trip to Isla Secas where we saw dolphins and whales. The private beach was stunning, and we even enjoyed a bottle of champagne there. The staff went above and beyond when they helped us with a large driftwood piece for our coffee table. Highly recommended!
