The front desk guys went above and beyond in providing directions and safety tips in both English and Spanish. The restaurant had delicious food, and the chef even accommodated our special request. Also, the hotel's location was perfect for shopping and the room amenities were great, including a small fridge and real mugs for coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend it to others.

This place is a great hotel! I loved the location next to a big shopping mall and the fact that they have room service, dry cleaning and grocery shopping services. The staff was amazing, with attentive service throughout my stay. They even gave me a welcome drink and had happy hour in the bar area. I was very impressed by the room amenities, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The swimming pool and garden area were also lovely.

the hotel treated us to free hot breakfast each morning which was a great way to start our day. the room had great views of the city which made our stay even more memorable.
