The hotel facilities include a gym and pool on the roof, and the hotel offers competitive prices relative to other chain hotels in the area.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with elegant rooms and public areas. the bathroom was gorgeous and the cityscape views from the room were stunning. the pool was small but private and provided a lovely refuge. Housekeeping went the extra mile with thoughtful touches like bedside chocolates and a freshly-filled ice bucket at night.

The hotel's location in the financial district was not ideal for walking around, as there were no nearby restaurants or shops. the lack of a dedicated concierge meant that front desk employees were the only source for tourist information.

Our Easter break was exceptional! We were treated to a delicious complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. the hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore the city and its many attractions. We also loved the rooftop terrace, which offered breathtaking views of the city skyline and allowed us to soak up some sun.

The shower drain was quite sluggish, and we had to wait a while for the water to drain. We also weren't aware of the early morning water supply shut-down, which was inconvenient.

The hotel had a great view from the 12th floor swimming pool and the staff were friendly. the breakfast had a good variety including made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to a mall, convenience stores, restaurants, and a supermarket.

The hallways and rooms had a damp smell, which wasn't pleasant. the front desk staff called late at night to inform about stains on the sheets, which could've been handled better.
