I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect as it was in the central business district. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and the staff were welcoming with complimentary welcome drinks. The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a trouser press, and a flat-screen tv. Room service and housekeeping were efficient and the garden area around the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were also very helpful in providing tours and ticket assistance.

For those planning to visit here, I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. the hotel's pool area was a real highlight, and it was great that we had it all to ourselves! Being close to the airport was a key location factor, making our travel convenient. having a restaurant on-site made it easy to grab a bite to eat without having to go far.

The restaurant staff's lack of follow-up service was a letdown. If you needed anything after being served, you had to go find a waiter as they didn't seem to come back.

The professional and friendly staff provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a choice of three set menus with additional options. The hotel also has a large pool and a well-equipped fitness center.

One negative aspect is that some guests experienced discrepancies with the quoted room rates, leading to confusion and potential overcharging.

The room was very clean and the AC worked well. the location of the hotel was excellent, with key landmarks and attractions nearby. - the staff at the reception were somewhat friendly and eventually warmed up to us.

The staff overall were not very friendly or welcoming. The wifi in the lounge area had mosquitoes and the in-room internet was expensive and slow.

The room was fantastic, very large and roomy with a nice, big bathroom. the bed was fantastic with wonderful bedding. the restaurant was very good and the location was great for exploring the area. the hotel also had a nice pool area, although I didn't get a chance to see it myself.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, as the map in the guide book was too small to be useful. the sink faucet in my room didn't work, but I made do with the shower.

We have stayed here many times!! Staff is friendly & helpful, especially the front desk!! Very large pool, well maintained with a nice garden area. Great food at reasonable prices in the restaurants, and the staff is professional and accommodating!! Special lunch buffet for Panama "Mother's Day" was excellent. Good location with free airport shuttle. Highly recommended if you like a comfortable hotel with outdoor areas and professional staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was amazing - we had it all to ourselves! the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a perfect choice for our New Year's stay. the breakfast buffet in the morning was a great bonus, giving us a good start to our day. Plus, there were several restaurants within walking distance, providing us with plenty of dining options.

The first room we were given had a faulty A/C, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. However, the second room had a problem with the hot water, possibly due to a faulty water heater element.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pool which was clean and not crowded. the hotel's location was convenient as it was walking distance to many shops.

The bathroom was too small and lacked space to put our things. To our dismay, the hot water was inconsistent.
