Front desk customer service needs improvement, except for Christian who provided excellent service.

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Panama. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and friendly staff. the hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast served every morning, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The hotel rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the furniture was old and worn, and the overall appearance was not up to par.

Great hotel for 3 nights! Friendly staff, awesome city view from 12th floor room, plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores, safe area for walking around at night, quick room service and towel delivery.

The breakfast had a great selection and everything was fresh. the Wifi was excellent, with the router in the room ensuring strong and reliable connection. the staff was very helpful and the hotel was located in a convenient area, with everything easily accessible by foot.

The furniture in the room was a bit old and could use an update. Additionally, the bathroom could have been in better condition.
