We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and spacious, with friendly cleaning staff ensuring it was kept clean. Additionally, the nearby shop and availability of Ubers and taxis added to the convenience of the location.

The Wi-Fi in our room didn't work well, causing some inconvenience during our stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional - we got exactly what we paid for and more. Secondly, the location was incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the metro station. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly and most importantly, our room on the fourth floor was a pleasant surprise with its spaciousness and a balcony that offered a lovely view. this hotel provided great amenities and a satisfying breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro stop and within walking distance to popular attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and came with hot water for the shower. The hotel also had a decent restaurant on the premises.

Housekeeping could use some more training as they forgot to leave towels and soap on some days and didn't fully lock the room after cleaning. Breakfast was not included and there were limited amenities available compared to other hotels in the city.

The cozy room had a comfortable bed, a clean private bathroom, and a reliable wifi connection. We were pleasantly surprised by the homemade desserts at the onsite restaurant. I'll recommend this hotel.

We loved the vibrant location of the hotel, situated between the Gran Via area and the coastal path. It's a great place to immerse yourself in the Caribbean atmosphere, with local cantinas and markets to explore. The hotel's value for money is excellent, and the old-school restaurant downstairs serves delicious homemade desserts, like the amazing guava cheesecake. The comfortable and spacious rooms were perfect for our family with kids.
