We had a great stay at a hotel in Bocas Town. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice furnishings and a good view. The location was central and convenient. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. The staff, especially one girl at the reception, was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bocas Town.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and have a great shower with a balcony offering an incredible view of the water. The service is top-notch with staff making us feel right at home, especially Yurisel and Samuel. The breakfast included is delicious and filling with fresh squeezed juice and yummy omelettes. The location is perfect, right next to the water taxis and harbor and close to downtown.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the main restaurants and bars in town. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of options and good coffee. The view of the ocean from the breakfast area was a lovely bonus. The hotel's location is great for exploring Bocas del Toro and taking boat tours. The staff is amazing and the hotel is comfortable and clean. We loved the balcony with ocean views and the shared terrace at the bar downstairs. The lady who manages the property impressed us with her helpfulness and consideration. Sitting on the deck or balcony and watching the water taxis was magical.

We had a fantastic stay in Bocas Town. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and next to the water taxis. Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the cozy and charming atmosphere. The hardwood floors added to the authentic Caribbean experience. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town, with great food and coffee options just across the street. The included breakfast was a delight, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and delicious grilled veggies.

The water pressure in the shower ly low, and the water temperature could only reach warm at best. It made showering a bit uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved the ocean front room with its stunning views. The bar area right next to the water was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The live band that performed one evening was fantastic and added to the ambiance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bedlinen and towels were of nice quality. The location of the hotel was ideal, being centrally located in the town.

One downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to have a satisfying shower. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently warm, which was a bit disappointing.

They kept us updated on the situation and even reduced our rate when we had to extend our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The prices for lunch, dinner, and drinks were also very reasonable. The location, service, and price of this hotel cannot be beat. I will definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Bocas Town.

Accommodating staff during Hurricane Otto, providing updates and reducing rates for extended stay. Comfortable, clean room. Yummy and varied complimentary breakfast, reasonably priced lunch and dinner menu. Convenient downtown location. Friendly and attentive staff made us feel at home.

The location in Bocas Town was perfect for exploring the area and taking boat tours to other islands. The hotel itself had recently been painted and looked very nice. Despite being near restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the option of a balcony overlooking either the city or the sea. The outdoor bar and deck were also beautiful, creating a great atmosphere. One of the staff members at the reception was very kind and accommodating, organizing an early breakfast for us on our departure day.

This hotel in Bocas Town exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, right beside the water taxis, making it incredibly easy to explore all that the island had to offer. We were able to quickly and conveniently get to restaurants, shops, and attractions in the center of town. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and offered incredible views from the dining area. We especially loved the room with a balcony, where we could relax and take in the surroundings. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that provided a refreshing start to our day. The inclusion of breakfast was a wonderful bonus and added to the overall value for money.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were ok, no major issues were encountered.

Surprisingly quiet location near docks. Noise from upstairs. Breakfasts provided "to go" at 8 a.m. Best shower in Panama. Good room, nice bed, great views. Excellent staff, polite and professional. Breakfast with ocean view. Authentic architecture. Compact, clean, and comfortable rooms. Love the wood floors.
