There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The outdoor shower, although a unique feature, was rendered unusable due to the presence of mosquitoes.

We stayed at La Maracuya for 1 night at the end of our trip. Our villa had a great outdoor space and a super clean room with a heavenly outdoor shower. The infinity pool had a beautiful view and a convenient fridge at the pool bar. Betsy, the in-house cook, made us a delicious local beef dish. The hotel is run by locals, giving them a good work environment. The location is great and the staff is friendly. Absolute relaxation awaits here! Good for couples seeking privacy.
