Staying at Monkey Lodge Panama was an unforgettable experience! I loved waking up to the playful monkeys right outside my cabin. The French couple who runs the place were amazing hosts, making us feel like part of their family. The food was exceptional, with a different beautifully prepared breakfast and dinner every day. The small, intimate atmosphere and gorgeous pool area added to the charm. Although there were some minor issues with the shower and lack of shampoo, they were easily overlooked. I highly recommend this unique jungle retreat for anyone who loves animals and wants a memorable stay in Panama.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, as there were no clear signs or street names. due to its remote location, it could be a bit pricey to get there by taxi.

Lovely garden, clean pool, and a separate area for monkeys. Home cooked dinner offered for $18 per person. Good location for exploring Gamboa, Panama City, and Colon.

We had an incredible experience at Monkey Lodge Panama. the property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush rainforest and filled with diverse wildlife. the bungalows are comfortable and provide a secluded oasis-like atmosphere. the pool was a perfect place to relax and unwind. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the tours offered were amazing, allowing us to explore the rainforest and discover hidden gems of Panama. the food served was delicious, and we even had the opportunity to interact with playful monkeys near their habitat. Monkey Lodge Panama provided us with an unforgettable base to explore and appreciate the beauty of the rainforest.
