The room had a musty smell and could have benefited from a deep cleaning. The bed was only okay, not particularly comfortable.

Christian treated us like VIP's and surprised us with a special cake for our anniversary. The room had perfect air conditioning and a GREAT tub. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, including a fresh fruit smoothie bar.

Friendly and Accommodating Driver

During my stay at Radisson Colon 2000, I had the pleasure of using their taxi/shuttle service. The driver, Martin, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He picked me up promptly for a canal tour and shopping trip, and even though there was a miscommunication about the pickup time, he made sure I safely returned to the hotel.

The location is perfect with easy access to the cruise port. The staff provided excellent service with room cleaning, dry cleaning, and shuttle services. The hotel amenities were top-notch and we enjoyed the welcome drink and tours the hotel offered. The room was fantastic with great amenities such as a mini-bar, safe, and air conditioning. We appreciated the beautiful terrace and in-room sitting area. this place was the perfect stay for our vacation!

Great complimentary breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near the shopping area, clinics, and restaurants. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax.

The staff made me feel so at home and the food was delicious. Loved the Lobby Bar and the variety of dining options at Drake's Restaurant. The Colón Free Trade Zone had great shopping deals. The town had interesting historical sites.

The staff was always helpful, happy, and cordial. The food was super!!!!! The hotel had above-average inside standards, with a very good bed, spacious bathroom, and a wide safe for valuables. The restaurant had very good food and service, and the pool was open till 8 pm.

Felt like family, nothing to complain about.
