Being surrounded by nature was truly a unique experience, with breathtaking views of the rainforest from my balcony. The room was in perfect condition, clean, modern, and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was quiet and relaxing, and I even spotted some exotic animals while walking around the golf course. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in nature.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The service at this hotel is top-notch.

We stayed in a hotel located in a beautiful area, surrounded by a rainforest, where it was possible to spot some wild animals. Great location close to the national park, perfect for bird and wildlife enthusiasts. Clean and spacious rooms. Good parking space and free shuttles to nearby attractions. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the beautifully painted murals. Loved the butterfly habitat and the efforts to rescue and reintroduce sloths. Helpful and friendly staff.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a wonderful time at this resort. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options like pancakes, waffles, and sausages. The location of the resort was ideal, surrounded by beautiful forested hills, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the golf classes offered by Professor Jorge Rodriguez, who was a fantastic instructor.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The room we stayed in appeared worn and dated, and the TV did not work properly.
