This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi in rooms, a 24-hour reception, and a great outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find tasty food, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Free wi-fi was great. Had an amazing buffet breakfast but the room was heavily scented.

the view from the 22nd floor was nice, but the smell in my room woudl ve been unbearable if not for my air freshener. the elevators took ages, skipping me and making me feel like an afterthought. i was expecting at least a complimentary drink or upgrade, but guess that’s only for the elite here. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Enjoyed an amazing lunch with authentic Panamanian flavors! The gym was spacious and well-equipped. I loved getting my workouts in. Also, reserve pool lounges early for a prime spot, and don’t miss out on exploring the nearby MultiPlaza Mall for great shopping!

We enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast buffet daily with endless options and fresh fruits! The staff was exceptionally helpful, even providing us with Metro bus pass info. Only a TV upgrade could improve the experience. Don't miss the nearby restaurants. La Vespa was fantastic! Also, try the pool for relaxation!

The location is great, with lots of bistros and shopping nearby. Room service was fantastic, and the breakfast spread – rivals any hotel I've visited! I loved the friendly staff, especially Barbara's warm welcome and Juan the bellboy's cheerful help!

the riu plaza has a great outdoor pool area that's perfect for relaxing. the staff were super friendly and helped me check in early, which was a nice surprise. plus, it's just a short walk to a nearby starbucks for your morning coffee fix.

the elevator situation could use some improvement.

We had a bit of a fiasco with the first room's AC—ice cream would have melted faster! Plus, we played elevator roulette when they mistakenly thought I was a trespasser. Quite the scene!
