I loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of downtown! The financial district is just around the corner. The staff provided excellent room service and car hire, and the laundry and dry cleaning services were exceptional. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were especially appreciated. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and soundproofed rooms. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar and snack bar were great places to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were also a hit with me.

This place is highly recommended to everyone! The staff should be proud of offering such amazing service to their guests.

Moreover, the hotel was conveniently situated in the middle of this city, making it close to everything, including public transport on Balboa Avenue. The breakfast buffet stood out with its wide variety of delicious options. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, were excellent. The location was perfect, as it was close to Casco Viejo and other major attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Iliona. this hotel offered great value for money.

This hotel has a great location near supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to get around. The Marbella area and proximity to public transport on Balboa Avenue is a definite bonus. Rooms are clean and service is excellent, with a breakfast that hits the spot every morning. There are also some lovely views from the windows, offering a great way to relax after a long day out.

We celebrated our New Year’s Eve at this hotel. We received complimentary champagne and party favors, which we enjoyed. the hotel is located in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the city and we enjoyed swimming there.

The hotel needs some improvements. the carpet in our room was stained and the room was too cold as the air conditioning didn't work properly.
