The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was stunning with beautiful cliff-top views and two lovely nearby beaches, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and reasonably priced bar.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. They were helpful with laundry and gave us great advice on activities in the area. the location is perfect, nestled in the jungle with a breathtaking view of the sea. We even had the pleasure of seeing monkeys nearby. the atmosphere is cozy and the food, although not a restaurant, was quite good. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable stay.

We had an amazing time at this ecolodge! The location is perfect, right by the sea with a stunning terrace that offers incredible ocean views. The hotel is surrounded by two beaches, including the beautiful Bluff Beach which is just a short walk away. We were able to spot plenty of animals, including monkeys, sloths, and colorful birds. The rooms were nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful touches like individual fans. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for tours and things to do in the local area. The food was exceptional, with fresh meals cooked by the hosts for both breakfast and dinner, and they even made delicious cocktails upon request. It truly felt like staying with family. We also appreciated the shared kitchen for when we wanted to make our own food. Although the property is a bit far from town, which requires a drive or taxi, it actually added to the secluded and relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for a nature-filled escape!

We had a fantastic stay at this eco-friendly and charming hideaway. The location was beautiful, right on the water with stunning views and the sound of crashing waves. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the food served was delicious. We loved the tropical-style rooms which were cozy and beautifully decorated. The highlight was being just a few minutes' walk from the incredible Playa Bluff, the best beach on the island. It was a low-key and relaxing experience, perfect for couples or surfers.

No loungers at the small beach for hotel guests, and the waves reach every part of the sand, making it difficult to keep belongings dry. The presence of wildlife, including grasshoppers, lizards, and ants.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and beautiful surrounding nature. the sound of the waves crashing was incredibly soothing. the hot showers were a much-appreciated luxury, especially after spending the day exploring.

The lack of nearby food stores, making it inconvenient to grab snacks or groceries. the breakfast was not to my liking, though the homemade ice cream was a nice touch.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning Bluff Beach. I was impressed with the easy access from Bocas Town, thanks to the convenient mini bus service. the hosts at the lodge were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a great stay. the food served at the lodge was outstanding - they could easily open a restaurant! the view from the lodge was spectacular, even when it rained. I found the sound of the waves crashing against the shore to be very calming. the common areas were beautifully decorated and well-lit. this ecolodge offered excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The value for our money was excellent and the room was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, surrounded by jungle with the ocean just beyond. The staff treated us really well, especially Irina who was so helpful with extending our stay.

Breakfast items could use some improvement, like offering additional toppings or fruits to go with the pancakes.

I had an amazing stay at this eco lodge surrounded by nature. The wooden and stone furniture gave the place a unique atmosphere. There were three beaches available, including a private cove, an entrance beach, and a larger beach just a short distance away. The views of the ocean and forest were absolutely stunning. The staff were super helpful and eager to assist with any problems. The menus offered delicious home-made cakes and ice creams, which was a wonderful surprise. If you're a fan of sloths, just go a little further down the road to find a Cecropia Tree and spot them!

We recently stayed at Tesoro Escondido and it was the perfect escape to nature. the property is beautifully decorated with a homey feel, and our room had a great view of the ocean. the hosts were incredibly helpful and the food was exceptional. We felt like we were staying with family. the property's seclusion made it even more relaxing and enjoyable. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Unlike other places, they weren't overwhelmingly sweet, which was a pleasant surprise. the view from the lodge was absolutely breathtaking, whether it was stormy or sunny. the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to unwind and relax. the nearby beaches were also stunning. the rooms were tidy and clean, exceeding my expectations for an open jungle hut.

My stay at Tesoro Escondido was a true treasure. From the incredible ocean views to the friendly and accommodating staff, everything was perfect. The cabinas were clean and comfortable, with kitchens and porches right by the ocean. The bar/restaurant area had stunning views and plenty of comfortable seating. The staff, especially Mary, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location is right next to Playa Bluff beach and offers great opportunities for snorkeling. Tesoro Escondido is a top-notch hotel in Bocas.
