The free Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast were nice. the hotel is situated in a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They gave us a hard time when we asked for extra towels and refused to give us late check-out.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the super clean hotel with its friendly staff. The hotel also had a pleasant café next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or relaxing after a long day. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a safe and beautiful neighborhood where we felt at ease to walk around at night. The rooms were immaculate, always kept spotless by the hardworking staff. They even changed the sheets and towels daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including eggs, bread, cake, fruits, juices. The hotel also had Japanese food available for lunch and dinner, albeit a bit pricey, but in line with other hotel services. The multilingual staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and even some Portuguese, were attentive, polite. Additionally, there were water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby, a nice touch for guests. our stay at Arte Hotel Lima was perfect.
