We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with warm snuggly duvets on the super comfy beds. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The hostel provided lockers and a locked storage room for our bags, free of charge. We loved the communal areas, where we made friends and enjoyed the nice atmosphere. The location was perfect, on a slight hill and close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore this city.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic. When I arrived, I needed to get a SIM card, and the owner personally took me to the store to help me out. The beds were comfortable and the showers always had hot water. The location was convenient and I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. Great location, friendly staff

We had a bit of an issue with our room selection, but the friendly staff at Tucan Hostel quickly resolved it for us. The spacious dorm room had comfortable beds with convenient power sockets and lights. The hot showers were amazing, the best I've experienced in Peru. The separate bathrooms and toilets were practical. The hostel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city center, making it easy to explore. We also found a great restaurant nearby where we enjoyed delicious meals every evening. I would definitely recommend this hostel for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.

There were not enough shared bathrooms/toilets considering the number of rooms in the hostel. It was inconvenient to have to wait or share the facilities with too many people.

This hostel is located in a great part of town, right in the centre of the city. It is on a slight hill, which provides a nice view. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found that the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided good breakfast and had big rooms with great hot showers. the location was also convenient for exploring the city. Plus, they offered a luggage storage service, which was very helpful for our day trips. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of amenities and the cleanliness of the hotel. the kitchen was not well-equipped and the laundry service was not up to par.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the cozy and friendly atmosphere of the hostel. the staff was exceptional and always willing to help with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to the city center and various attractions. I also appreciated the laundry service offered by the hostel, which was not only convenient but also reasonably priced.

One downside was the limited number of shared bathrooms/toilets available. It seemed that there weren't enough facilities considering the number of guests staying at the hostel.

I recently stayed at Tucan in Cuzco for 5 nights. The spacious dorm room had comfortable beds with power plug sockets and lights, even on the upper bunk. The hot shower had great water pressure, the best I've experienced in Peru. The separate bathrooms and toilets were practical. The friendly and thoughtful staff, especially Dino, made a difference by offering the option of a lower bunk bed for my knee pain.

I highly recommend this hotel.
