This hotel is located directly on the beach, a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, catering to guests' dietary restrictions and providing excellent service. The beach and pool are both beautiful and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The food menu offers a variety of delicious choices, from snacks to dessert.

The hotel's wifi system can be frustrating, as it takes time to connect to the access point.

Beautiful Resort, Fantastic Staff, and Delicious Ceviche!

My wife and I recently stayed at a lovely seaside resort in Mancora and had an amazing experience. The resort was set on a stunning beach with picturesque grounds that were meticulously maintained. Our cabana provided privacy and tranquility, perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

The venue is a hidden gem, located in a remote and tranquil area. The luxurious ocean view rooms are spacious and clean, with a direct access shower to the patio. The serene surroundings, beach access and sun terrace make it the perfect getaway for a relaxed holiday. The exclusive amenities and excellent service, especially in the restaurant, provide for an indulgent stay.

Despite the hotel being small, sometimes the customer service feels lacking. During poolside service, we had to constantly seek out bar staff just to get their attention.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed two big perks of the hotel: the beachfront access and the good quality of the facilities. The location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers like me. It is far enough from the noisy town center but close enough to take a stroll and find shops and restaurants. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities such as spa treatments. The staff members were friendly and did their best to make our stay pleasant.

There were some aspects that could be improved. One is the limited breakfast options.
