The spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the double glazing and window screens ensured privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast, served on the top floor with panoramic city views, was delicious and refreshing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the attention to detail, like the little welcome snack set up in my room. The location is perfect, on a narrow street high in San Blas, just a short walk down to the plaza. The value for money here is fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to this wonderful city.

Had a wonderful New Year's stay at a lovely hotel in the historic heart of the city. the hotel is strategically situated just a few minutes' walk from the main square. the spacious rooms were immaculately clean, with top-class beds that were super comfortable to sleep on. the staff were super accommodating and friendly, always looking after our needs. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the 24-hour coffee bar. the cherry on top was the wonderful city views from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in the old part of town, which makes it a bit of a climb up the hill to get back to the hotel. It can be a bit tiring and challenging for elderly people or those with mobility issues.
