Great location near tourist area with shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean rooms with hot showers. Friendly staff, helpful with tours and taxis. Good breakfast with buffet options.

I had a great experience at Camino Real. After a long and exhausting journey, the staff took care of me immediately, helped carry my bags, and even made me tea. It was such a relief and showed how caring and attentive they are. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with warm beds and hot showers. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I had a wonderful stay at Camino Real Turistico Puno and would highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location, right at the start of the City Centre, close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and the showers provide hot water and great pressure, giving you a refreshing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast selection is impressive, including cooked eggs and a variety of fruits. Guests can also enjoy free use of a computer with internet.

The only downside is the occasional noise from the busy streets outside, which might disturb those who prefer to sleep early.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puno. the value for money was exceptional. It was an affordable option that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city center, I was able to explore all the nearby bars and restaurants with ease. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options. I particularly appreciated the fact that eggs were cooked to order. A small detail, but it made a big difference to my morning routine.

Everything was more than satisfactory.
