This hotel is conveniently located very close to the center of town, allowing easy access to the main attractions in the old town. The San Blas neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, shops, and cafes, providing everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spaciousness and lovely views from the fifth floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.

Great staff, helpful and accommodating. Well situated with beautiful mountain views. Clean and quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Nice and polite staff. Spacious room upgrade. Perfect for a couple celebrating their anniversary.

Great location and comfortable rooms with lovely views. the staff is friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. the hotel is in a key location, so exploring the area was easy and convenient. the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

there were quite a few steps to climb to get to the room, which was difficult with heavy luggage. Finally, while the hotel had the potential to be excellent, it fell just a bit short compared to other hotels in the area.
