This hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood, adjacent to the tony El Golf suburb. It is also conveniently situated in the main square of Trujillo, ensuring easy access to various attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making sure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

Although the hotel is in a great location and offers many amenities, the Wi-Fi service is not included in the room and comes at an additional charge.

Spent the new year at a hotel with an amazing location, just a few minutes away from the main attractions. The friendly staff offered free welcome drinks and organized a fantastic countdown celebration with great music and delicious food. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfy beds and modern amenities, and the hotel also had a lovely pool area perfect for relaxing.

The hotel was quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The walls were thin, and noises from adjacent rooms and the hallways echoed throughout the night.

Gym, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great value for money, friendly service.

Luxurious amenities such as the spa centre and private facilities were impressive. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying the warm weather while dining on delicious food. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and was well-prepared. The location advantages made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The gym could use some updating as there were limited options to work out, and some of the equipment was not in the best condition.
