We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff was efficient, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in process was quick, and within minutes we were in our spotless room, thanks to the pre-filled check-in forms. The facilities, including the swimming pool and restaurant, were immaculate and well-maintained. The AC in our room was incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also had the opportunity to indulge in a rejuvenating massage at the spa, which was one of the best we have ever experienced.

During Easter, we had a great stay in a well-located hotel in Pucallpa city center. the breakfast and daily maid service were complimentary, which was a nice bonus. the hotel was just a short walk from the heart of downtown and the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat.

The air conditioning units in the room were outdated and noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks away from the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the main plaza and other attractions. The rooms offer great views of the swimming pool, and the buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. Guests have praised the excellent service provided by the staff, who were kind and helpful throughout their stay.

Exceptional service from Malissa, who went above and beyond to help me secure a SIM card. The rooms and facilities were better than expected. Comfortable bed and the best breakfast I've had in Peru. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend Casa Andina Select. I had a great stay.

I recently stayed at Casa Andina in the center of Pucallpa for a few days. The staff were amazing, from the manager Bruno who gave us a warm welcome and a memorable goodbye lunch, to Lila and the receptionists who provided excellent support. The hotel was spotless, with a clean swimming pool, restaurant, and hallways. The AC was whisper quiet and there was no noise from the street or hallway in the room. The staff's efficiency and helpfulness was top-notch, with pre-filled check-in forms allowing us to quickly settle into our room. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
