I had a fantastic stay at Casa De Isabel for 4 nights. The staff were excellent, going out of their way to help and spoke good English. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to the main plaza. The room was comfortable, with a hot shower and reliable Wi-Fi. The area around the hotel felt safe, even at night. I also appreciated the affordable taxi service to the main bus station. a great place to stay!

I stayed at Casa De Isabel for a few days while I explored Colca Canyon. The staff was helpful and stored my luggage during my trek. They also helped me book a tour and the WiFi was good. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main plaza. The roof terrace was a great place to relax, and there was free coffee and tea available all day. The water was hot most of the time and the whole place seemed newly renovated. The staff spoke enough English to understand me well.

The best aspects of my stay were the great location and the clean rooms. the hotel was just a few blocks away from the main square, making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms were well-maintained and spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. They even provided a simple breakfast of cereal, toast, and coffee, which was a nice bonus.

One aspect I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of fresh air in the rooms. the windows opened up to a small enclosed area, which meant there was no access to outside air.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, just off the main plaza. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions in this city. Additionally, the staff here were incredibly helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, even negotiating a lower price for a taxi to the bus station. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, as everything was spotless and well-maintained.
