I had the best stay in this hotel! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the heart of the city and close to plenty of restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even packed a lunch for my early morning tour.

We especially loved the complimentary tea selection in the lobby, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel even went above and beyond by organizing breakfast boxes for us when we had to leave early. a great location with excellent staff and amenities.

Perfect staying! the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the main square and train station. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety, perfect for catching an early morning train. the staff was incredibly attentive and even packed takeaway bags for us on our early trips.

Our room was not soundproofed well, leading to a restless night's sleep due to noise from the street and reception area. some of the rooms lacked natural light, which left them feeling a bit dark.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast, the best we had in Peru! The buffet options and made-to-order dishes were all amazing. We also appreciated the filtered water available for refilling our bottles and the tea "bar" in the lobby. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the location was perfect. If we return to Cusco, we will definitely choose Cooper Hotel Boutique again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at Cooper Hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even allowed me to check in early and greeted me with hot tea. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the extra $10. the beds were incredibly comfy, and I loved the unlimited cacao tea and purified water. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the markets but still away from the crowds. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning to Cooper Hotel again!
