The lodge was in a prime location, nestled in the heart of the jungle. Being surrounded by nature was a truly immersive experience. the guide provided extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, making the educational aspect very interesting. the pool was a refreshing oasis after exploring the wild.

I was disappointed with the quality of the tours and the language skills of the guide. the tours lacked excitement and the guide spoke slowly with little enthusiasm.

We absolutely loved the lodge's beautiful design and spacious bungalows. The full board package was great, especially for us as guests with disabilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing delicious vegetarian meals. The organized trips were fantastic, and our guide Rolando was amazing. The pool was a favorite spot for relaxation.

Felt extremely comfortable throughout the stay, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing stay in the jungle. The lodge was well-designed and the bungalows were spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with running hot water and good shower pressure. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hammocks on the porch, were perfect for relaxation. The staff were excellent, providing delicious food and catering to our dietary needs. The tours were well-organized, and our friendly guide had extensive knowledge of the rainforest. The airport pick-up, check-in, check-out, and transportation were seamless. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, staff, and transportation.

Nothing negative to say. The experience was flawless and highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful lodge with great food. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The highlight was seeing giant river otters at Lake Sandoval. highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this lodge. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, probably the best we had in all of our trip to Peru. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was a fantastic way to meet and mingle with other guests. The rooms were comfortable and secluded, allowing for privacy. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We were also impressed with the location, which allowed us to easily explore and walk around on our own. the staff, food, facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

Amazing jungle experience with knowledgeable guides. Our guide, Franklin, was a jungle boy and knew everything about plants, birds, and animals. the meals were delicious, with gourmet 3-course meals that were a highlight of our stay. the activities were well-organized and exciting, from spotting caiman on the river to canoeing in the lake, and bird watching from a 120 ft tower.

Be prepared for heat, humidity, and mosquitoes. We encountered some critters in our room, including a frog in the toilet.

Our stay at Corto Maltes was worth every penny, with great value for money. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we loved the view of the lake from our cabin. The location was perfect for exploring the Amazon, with the jungle walks and boat rides being an incredible experience. The staff at the hotel were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the helpful guides to the efficient airport transfers, we felt well taken care of throughout our time there.

The morning meal could have been improved with slightly bigger portions.

The lodge had a cute and cozy main area, and the staff were generally friendly. It was also conveniently located close to town, making it ideal for those with limited time. Additionally, the value for money was good, as the price was cheaper compared to other options in the area.

During the off-season, the lodge was extremely empty, resulting in a less enjoyable experience. the accommodations were more rustic than expected, with insects found inside the cabins, including cockroaches and ants.
