During my Christmas stay, I truly appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was, especially the cozy beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including delicious coffee and freshly baked bread. the location was perfect, just steps away from the main attractions and surrounded by many restaurants and tour companies. I also enjoyed the beautiful views from my room, which made my stay even more memorable.

The decor and furniture were a bit outdated, which made the hotel feel more like a budget option. the lack of English speaking staff made communication a bit challenging at times.

I had a fantastic stay at Crismar Experience! The location was amazing, right across the street from the Post Office and only two blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with feather bedspreads and a stunning view of the Arequipa Cathedral. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, arranging a tourist trip and providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel even had a dining room open for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in this beautiful city!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, really close to the main square and right in the center of everything. It's only one block away from the main pedestrian shopping street, making it very convenient to explore the city and all its attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.

The elevator could use some improvement, as it shakes quite hard when arriving on the floor.
