the views over the city were stunning. I couldn't complain about the location either, as it was right near the downtown area of Cusco. the hotel itself was neat and tidy, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. However, these small positives couldn't overshadow the overall disappointing experience I had at this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, just a block away from the main plaza. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Edison at reception who went out of his way to make sure our room was ready when we arrived early. the rooms were beautiful and the showers had powerful and hot water. It was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast area was a bit chilly in the mornings, but they did have a gas heater to help keep it warm. the selection of fresh fruit could have been better, but the toaster was a nice touch for heating up the bread.
