We got great value for our money at Cuscopackers Hostels - private bathroom and wifi in the room were awesome. The location was perfect with beautiful panoramic views, and the staff treated us like family, especially Dan who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety or options.

Great city view, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed with cozy blankets. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views, and a decent bar/library. Bags are safely stored while you explore. Friendly and efficient English-speaking staff available.

Mind-blowingly helpful staff, super clean rooms with replenished bathroom items, and a free drink welcome that made us feel at home.

We stayed at a hostel outside of the city center with an amazing view of the hills. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Breakfast was included and they provided free hot beverages throughout the day.

That the shower had inconsistent water temperature.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of the hostel. It was just a short walk from the main plaza, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided me with valuable information about the local area.

One thing I disliked about my stay was the limited breakfast options. the choices were not very generous, and I was hoping for a more satisfying morning meal.

The terrace provides a wonderful spot to take in the scenery while sipping a warm drink.

Some of the staff members were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience.

We loved the location of the hostel, as it was pretty close to the center and in the main tourist area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a stunning view from the hostel. The free hot drinks throughout the day were a nice touch, and the bar served fantastic cocktails at a reasonable price.

Only downside was that the hot water was sometimes sketchy, which was a bit inconvenient.
