We had a great stay at this hotel with its lovely location near the plaza and easy access to all the sights. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even bringing us an air tank when we needed it for altitude sickness. The breakfast was satisfying, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our window.

The noise from the school next door could be a bit bothersome at times.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was close to all the top attractions and I could easily see amazing views of the city from my room. the room was clean and cozy with a perfect bedding to have a comfortable sleep.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the breakfast options were quite limited and average especially compared to regional cuisine.

The staff was friendly and helpful, holding our luggage and assisting with day trips. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, with good internet. The location offered excellent views and the breakfast was satisfying.
