We loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. They provided complimentary storage for our luggage and hot drinks throughout the day. The communal seating area was a great place to work and do research. The 6 person dorm we stayed in was spacious and warm, with a big locker for our valuables and a comfortable bed with warm blankets. It was also conveniently located near the main plaza in this city, making it easy to explore the area and visit archaeological sites.

The value for money at Dragonfly Hostels was unbelievable, I got way more than what I paid for. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The staff treated me like family, they were so friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Dragonfly! The staff was like family, always there to help and make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location was great, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, especially the crepes and fresh bread. Dragonfly's activities each night added a fun touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hostel for a memorable stay in Cusco.

the bar area had a nice, chill vibe where people were hanging out and having a great time. the location was ideal, just a few blocks from the main plaza and surrounded by bars and cafes. the staff were friendly and made an effort to remember guests' names. I especially enjoyed the free coffee and warm showers. the hostel also had a computer available for emergency use, which was helpful. the atmosphere was social and the breakfast was delicious.
