We loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. They provided complimentary storage for our luggage and hot drinks throughout the day. The communal seating area was a great place to work and do research. The 6 person dorm we stayed in was spacious and warm, with a big locker for our valuables and a comfortable bed with warm blankets. It was also conveniently located near the main plaza in this city, making it easy to explore the area and visit archaeological sites.

The value for money at Dragonfly Hostels was unbelievable, I got way more than what I paid for. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The staff treated me like family, they were so friendly and helpful.

the bar area had a nice, chill vibe where people were hanging out and having a great time. the location was ideal, just a few blocks from the main plaza and surrounded by bars and cafes. the staff were friendly and made an effort to remember guests' names. I especially enjoyed the free coffee and warm showers. the hostel also had a computer available for emergency use, which was helpful. the atmosphere was social and the breakfast was delicious.

The common area was open and got very cold at night. Wi-Fi was unreliable and often disconnected, and when connected, it was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel in the heart of Cusco. It was conveniently located close to the main square, making it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with free tea available all day, including coca tea to help with the high altitude. Our room was spacious and the showers were hot and powerful. The staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to remember our names. The breakfast provided was basic but decent. this hostel had a nice chilled out vibe and a good atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Dragonfly Hostels for a few days during New Year's Eve and had a fantastic experience. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the receptionist Kathe who made my stay fun and memorable. The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable. The showers had hot water and excellent water pressure. The hostel had a nice patio area, a kitchen, and a bar, all of which created a friendly and social atmosphere. I also appreciated the hostel's location, which was a short walk from the plaza. The hostel offered daily free activities, and I particularly enjoyed the traditional food and fruit tasting. The drinks and food available were reasonably priced, and I liked that the hostel wasn't noisy after 23:00 and wasn't party-oriented. I even bought a Dragonfly hostel t-shirt as a souvenir to remember my enjoyable stay.
