Our stay at Xima Exclusive was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful decor and warm atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. One situation that stood out was when my sister sprained her ankle during our trip. The hotel bartender, Alex, was so kind and helpful, providing ice packs and taking the time to chat with us and help us relax. The room itself was impeccably clean and the presence of a heater made our stay cozy and comfortable. We also appreciated the two complimentary waters and the tea offered in the lobby, which were great for acclimating to the altitude. The hotel's location near the train station was perfect for our early start to Machu Picchu. I highly recommend Xima Exclusive for an amazing stay in Cusco.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless room and a bathroom with beautiful tiles. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa that provided excellent relaxation. The location was perfect, conveniently walking distance from the greatest shopping area, the downtown center with interesting downtown greats, and even a cafe up the road. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in/out and even offering free water bottles and a free airport pickup. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the bed in my room was giant and incredibly comfortable.

Large rooms with a heater for chilly nights, and the restaurant with a little man-made stream filled with fish added a nice touch. the breakfast had a wide choice for all dietary needs, including lactose-free milk. the hotel is conveniently located near an indoor craft market and is not too far from the main square. the staff were courteous and the hotel offered a free transfer from the airport, which was very handy.

The street noise could be a problem for light sleepers, so it's best to request a room off the street. the hotel is a little far from the main square, but taxi fare is affordable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, it was conveniently walking distance from the greatest shopping area around central open area. I loved that it was on Avenida El Sol, just a direct 20-minute walk to the main square. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of food that could fill you up for the day. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at Xima in Cusco for a few nights while visiting the city. The hotel was conveniently located, about a 20-minute walk from plaza Armas, and there were many places to eat nearby. The Andean market across the street was a great place to explore. The hotel provided a great airport transfer for an extra fee, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the bag breakfast they gave us when we checked out early, and the 24-hour luggage storage was very convenient.

I recently stayed at Xima Hotel for a few nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main square and attractions, but tucked away from the noisy hustle and bustle. The hotel is easily accessible from the main street, making it convenient for arrival and departure. The common areas were well designed and equipped, and the bed in my room was big and comfortable. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which was exceptional. The hot chocolate was to die for, and the variety of hot foods, pancakes, fruit. The hotel also had clean bathrooms and allowed us to store our bags. The wifi was better on the lower floors, so it's recommended to request a room on those floors. I also recommend checking out the markets across the street for great deals and free wifi. Xima Hotel is also eco-friendly and offers modern facilities. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.
