The room itself was impeccably clean and the presence of a heater made our stay cozy and comfortable. We also appreciated the two complimentary waters and the tea offered in the lobby, which were great for acclimating to the altitude. The location was perfect, conveniently walking distance from the greatest shopping area, the downtown center with interesting downtown greats, and even a cafe up the road. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in/out and even offering free water bottles and a free airport pickup. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the bed in my room was giant and incredibly comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great

after a trek to Machu Picchu, our comfortable room and heavenly bathroom at the hotel provided a perfect sanctuary. The wifi was good, and the breakfast buffet was a feast. They even stored our bags while we were away on the trek.

Large rooms with a heater for chilly nights, and the restaurant with a little man-made stream filled with fish added a nice touch. the breakfast had a wide choice for all dietary needs, including lactose-free milk. the hotel is conveniently located near an indoor craft market and is not too far from the main square. the staff were courteous and the hotel offered a free transfer from the airport, which was very handy.

The street noise could be a problem for light sleepers, so it's best to request a room off the street. the hotel is a little far from the main square, but taxi fare is affordable.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of food that could fill you up for the day. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
