I got great value for my money at Xima. The room was clean, stylish, and had a good view. The location was perfect, away from the noisy town but still walkable to the lake. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was superb, right by the lake with a stunning view from my room. I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sight every morning. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and even provided extra amenities like cutlery for my room. Lastly, the rooms themselves were spacious and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a delicious spread to start my day.

The hotel is located outside of the city center, but it's just a short taxi ride away. Guests mentioned that the staff is attentive and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and recently refurbished, with some offering lovely views of the nearby lake. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from, and the hotel also has alpacas on the property for guests to see.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so some sections may be unavailable and there may be noise during the day.

A wonderful oasis of harmony and quietness

We decided to stay at the Eco Inn in Puno because we wanted a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. And boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The friendly reception, incredibly comfortable rooms, and delicious food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Plus, when one of us experienced trouble breathing due to the altitude, the hotel provided free oxygen and took care of us immediately. The staff was efficient and always ready to assist. Our sleep was undisturbed by any noise, thanks to the serene surroundings. We highly recommend the Eco Inn for a truly harmonious and tranquil experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. the food was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for watching the fireworks display over the lake, which was a stunning sight. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable.

The bath was very short, which was a bit inconvenient for taller guests. the water pressure in the shower could be improved.
