The staff were exceptional, with Omar being particularly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free coffee available in the mornings. the hotel's location was fantastic, with key attractions such as Parque del Amor and Parque Kennedy just a short walk away. Another advantage we enjoyed was the comfortable temperature of the rooms, despite it being winter.

Our only complaint was the size of the bed in our room. It was too small for my husband, who is on the larger side.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel El Carmelo in Miraflores. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ocean. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped us with airport transfers and accommodating our late check-in. The breakfast had a variety of choices and fresh juice, although the coffee could have been better.
