As a tourist, I really appreciated the variety of chill-out areas in the hostel. The bar onsite, though not always busy, added to the vibrant atmosphere. The 6-bed dorm I stayed in was spacious and had lockers for security. The courtyard and breakfast area were also a highlight, providing a pleasant spot to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with hot showers available. The location, just a 7-minute walk from the main plaza, was convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided, though basic, was substantial and tasty.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

The building was beautiful, with a nice patio and a colonial style that suited the location perfectly. The staff were extremely kind and always made me feel welcome. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including ham, cheese, yogurt.

For our one night in Arequipa, Flying Dog Hostel was a fantastic choice. Located just a few blocks from the main plaza, it exceeded our expectations in terms of price and convenience. During my recent stay at Flying Dog Hostel, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and even allowed me to check in early after a long bus ride. The communal areas were great for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Despite the occasional wifi dropouts, the warm water in the showers was always a nice touch. Despite being near the social lounge, we had a sound sleep. the staff were extremely kind and the door always locked, making us feel secure. the location in the historic area was perfect for exploring museums and churches. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
