This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of everything. It's just at the main square and close to the walking street with most restaurants. You can't beat the view from the rooms with a plaza de armas view, especially the ones with a balcony. And the breakfast had enough options to satisfy everyone.

We were able to easily explore all the attractions within a short walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome and were always available to help with any questions or requests we had.

One downside was the noise from other rooms. Our windows faced other room windows, and we could hear noise coming from neighboring rooms as well as from other levels of the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Hacienda Plaza De Armas in Puno for a few nights after a long bus trip. The room had a great balcony with a view of the plaza, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection, including pancakes, eggs, yogurt, fruits, and juices. The value for money here is much better than other towns we visited in Peru. The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making our stay even better.
