The staff is friendly and willing to assist, ensuring a pleasant stay. there are multiple pools available for guests to enjoy and relax in.

The language barrier might pose challenges, as limited English is spoken by the hotel staff.

The hotel has a great location, close to Tacama vineyards, Cachiche WitchTown, and Ica downtown. The restaurant inside the hotel offers marvelous Peruvian food. The facilities are beautiful, with a fantastic pool area. The bed is super comfy and the breakfast is good.

The breakfast buffet featured delicious local bread, tamal, and chicharrones, offering a taste of authentic cuisine. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
