The hotel had some good things to offer. One was that it was run by a local family which made it feel homey. the staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. They also had planned activities within the hotel which was a plus. Another great thing was the food. It was really tasty and different from what we normally eat at home. Lastly, the location was convenient and close to some key sites which made it easy to travel around.

There was a big group of tourists that came one night and they were really loud. We couldn't sleep because of all the noise outside of our room.

As a guest at Ava Valle Sagrado Spot, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the local family who runs the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience not only at the hotel but also in the beautiful surroundings of Cuzco. The food served at the hotel was delicious and the spacious bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the various activities organized within the hotel. Despite a minor inconvenience with noise from a large group of tourists, the staff quickly resolved the issue by relocating me to a quieter room. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Urubamba.
