This hotel is excellently located in a cleaner part of town, just a short walk away from the center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the basic amenities you need, including a microwave and dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing useful information and even storing our bags overnight. The breakfast here is the best I had in Peru, with a good selection of food and 24/7 availability of tea, including coca, in the lobby.
