Stayed here for a New Year's celebration and it was fantastic. the staff was really friendly and arranged all of our day trips for us. the food was really good and we didn't have to go anywhere else. the outside area was well-maintained and the pool was a great escape from the heat. Key location facts that helped us were that it's on the main highway and easy to get to wherever we wanted. Another advantage was that the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The lighting in the outside spaces at night could’ve been improved to make it more cozy. There was too much cold overhead lighting that felt too sterile.

The staff members at this hotel were absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our entire stay. We were especially impressed by Jose at the restaurant, who was the kindest and most attentive server we encountered during our entire month in Peru. The hotel's location on the main highway made it very convenient to hail a taxi or Tuk Tuk whenever we needed to go somewhere. Additionally, the food at the onsite restaurant was some of the best we had in Peru, and we never felt the need to eat elsewhere.
