Great Location and Excellent Service

During my stay at Hoteles Riviera Colonial, I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the Plaza de Armas. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of towels and amenities in the bathroom, it did not greatly impact my overall stay. Additionally, the room was a bit hot without air conditioning, but leaving the door open allowed for some fresh air circulation.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Close to Plaza de Armas and museums. Great view of the street. Good breakfast options with fresh fruit. Coffee and tea available all day. Lovely front terrace to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Helpful staff. Laundry service available. Blow dryer provided.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast offered was delicious and filling. I also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which had a great view of the city.

The rooms could also use some updating as they looked a bit outdated. there was no elevator which made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel just steps away from the city center. The rooftop terrace offered a wonderful breakfast with a great view. Although the room was not as clean as expected, the spaciousness made up for it. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and value for money.
