The hotel itself had a unique and cool design, with covered courtyards turned into big open rooms. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.

The only downside was that the menu for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Comfortable beds and spacious, clean rooms. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the historic part of Cusco. The lobby is beautifully decorated and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of yogurts, fruits, and vegetables. We enjoyed the complimentary coca leafs tea available 24/7. One of the receptionists played the Peruvian flute in the morning and he was pretty good.

One specific situation from the database reviews that happened to a guest: Although the hotel advertised "free parking," there was actually no parking available. They directed us to a nearby cochera, but it was locked for no reason.

We enjoyed the central location, just 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas, with great bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The free breakfast served until 10 am was a great perk, allowing us to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. The staff, especially Siska at the front desk, were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The variety of breakfast options, including made-to-order eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, avocado. And let's not forget the highlight - a fabulous tub with hot water!
