We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, set in a beautiful vineyard, was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including three pools, tennis courts, two bars, a games room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Additionally, the hotel offered a great wine tour and the opportunity to purchase delicious and affordable wines.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel offered a complimentary wine tour and tasting, which was a great experience. the facilities, such as the pools and gym, were well-maintained and provided a good range of options for relaxation and exercise.

The reception staff lacked good customer service skills and were unhelpful in various situations. the hotel's location was quite isolated, making it difficult to access other places without your own vehicle.

Beautiful property with stunning vineyards. Free mountain bike rentals and romantic sunset tour offered. Enjoyed wine tasting and delicious meals at the restaurant. Highly recommend vineyard view rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor for breathtaking views. Amazing oasis in Ica. Staff provided wine tour and lookout point experience. Lovely pool for relaxation. Family-friendly with great facilities for kids. Wifi, shower, and bed quality were excellent. Will definitely visit again and recommend to all.
