loved my recent stay in miraflores! the modern rooms at the hotel were beautiful and the staff were great. the location was perfect for exploring the area's attractions. the rooftop bar, pool, and gym were amazing additions to our stay. definitely recommend staying at this property!

Room service mix-up.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The value for money was great and the room was top-notch, with extra touches like a yoga mat and robes. The location in Miraflores was perfect and the staff treated me exceptionally well, making me feel special on my birthday and helping me when my flight was cancelled.

Breakfast delights, but it would have been even better if the coffee pods were refilled.

The value for money at Iberostar was fantastic - we got a beautiful room at a great price. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Miraflores, and we received excellent treatment from the staff.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

My partner and I had a romantic escape and the view from the window was breathtaking, a perfect setting for a couple's getaway. the bed was super comfy which was essential for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast spread and the inclusive amenities were a good addition.

I had an awful experience with the staff, especially those on the reception desk in the evening. They were highly unfriendly and unresponsive to our requests.

With its proximity to many attractions in Lima, guests have easy access to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy space to relax. The breakfast is incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

One negative aspect is the confusion regarding room charges and spa services, which resulted in some inconvenience for guests.

Here was an exceptional hotel, offering guests not only luxurious amenities but also an impeccable service. We were thoroughly impressed with the Spa & wellness centre, which included a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and treatment room. the rooftop pool has to be the highlight, with its heated water and stunning sun loungers. the restaurant offered delicious dinner options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after dinner.

There was only one minor drawback that we experienced which was a lack of additional hooks to hang our towels/coats. this didn't ruin our experience at all.

Not one thing.

I had the most amazing stay at Iberostar Selection Miraflores! The rooftop pool was absolutely luxurious with breathtaking views of the ocean and city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were always quick to assist with any special requests. The room itself was impressive, with a comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. I also loved that the hotel provided reusable water bottles and water fillers on every floor, showing their commitment to conservation. it was a fantastic and modern hotel with excellent facilities.

While the overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I would have preferred if there was an additional door between the bathroom and bedroom for added privacy.
