Our stay at Illa was fantastic! The location was superb, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the breakfast, especially the ham and cheese omelet that we requested. The staff was attentive and always available. They even provided a laundry service that was reliable and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Cusco.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance with taxis and flights. The rooms were clean, pleasant, and comfortable, with a cozy and romantic ambiance. The location was fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the main attractions and great restaurants and shops.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The pillows were too thick for our liking, but thankfully we had brought our own inflatable pillows.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cusco. The location was perfect, just a short 5-8 minute walk from the main square and close to all the tourist destinations. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help and provide useful information about the local sites and travel arrangements. I also loved the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, with a good variety of options including fresh fruit, juice, and even eggs made to order. it was a great experience.

During my stay at a hotel in a great location, I was impressed by the cozy courtyard setup, which added to the charm of the place. The hotel's proximity to the central square and the bustling city center was a definite plus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, offering great service and even storing my luggage while I went hiking. The breakfast was good, although there was no gym available. The only issue I encountered was with the internet speed, which was a bit unstable. However, considering the overall experience, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in close proximity to Cusco's historic center, which is great and convenient for exploring the area. Also, the breakfast was fantastic and a definite highlight of our stay. It included eggs which is not always the case in this region. We appreciated this little treat as eggs could be requested a la carte.
