During my recent stay at a hotel in the Sacred Valley, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we arrived late and tired, they immediately brought us hot tea and even provided a portable heater just in case. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel car service was punctual and even prepared breakfast for us to take on our early morning excursion to Machu Picchu. The owners, Vicente and Norma, were incredibly kind and made us feel like family. I had an amazing time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was fantastic and the boxed breakfast for our trip to Machu Picchu was very convenient. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and clean with plenty of hot water. The food at the hotel was fresh, organic, homemade, and delicious. Highly recommended for a great stay in the Sacred Valley.

The hosts, Norma and Vicente, are friendly and attentive. They provide personalized service and try their best to communicate despite language barriers. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The rooms are new and clean, with good amenities including hot showers and reliable wifi. The hotel's location offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with mountain views.

The hosts were very attentive and provided excellent service. the hotel's surroundings were beautiful with well-maintained flower gardens and quiet seating areas. Another advantage was being able to play with the friendly dogs and talk to the parrot. the location was ideal for easy access to the plaza for shopping.

Although the room was comfortable, the hygiene could have improved - we found soap left by previous guests and the windows in the bathroom didn't close properly, letting in cold air. the dining area was located in the center of the building, which made it difficult for those who wanted to sleep in as staff and other guests frequently passed by causing noise.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the location was superb, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was conveniently close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to every detail and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast served at this hotel was simply delicious, offering a variety of healthy and tasty options to start our day.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic. Nothing could have been better.
