Great location near Machu Picchu entrance.

Sadly, the check-in process was painfully slow. We arrived at 6 PM, expecting a smooth transition to our room, but instead, we waited about 20 minutes because it wasn’t ready. Additionally, the lack of complimentary water in the room was disappointing, especially compared to other hotels we've visited in Peru. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and left us underwhelmed.

The bathroom was very nice and looked recently remodeled, providing a pleasant experience.

The portable A/C unit in our suite was non-functional, which made for an uncomfortable stay during warmer days.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the train station. We particularly appreciated that they welcomed our son's autism support dog, making our stay more comfortable as we enjoyed the breathtaking hikes nearby.

My wife says that the noise from other guests disrupted our sleep.

We absolutely love the central location, just a short walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu and the artisan market. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making our family feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for a young family with all the necessities we needed.

The breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety each day.

the location of inti punku machupicchu hotel & suites is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. the standard triple room was spacious and comfortable. we enjoyed a delightful breakfast with hot options like scrambled eggs and crispy potatoes. the staff were super helpful, providing great advice on local dining options.

the shower had slow drainage, which was a bit inconvenient.
