The hotel is in a great location, right near the train station. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious and there are a variety of options. The room is clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a town that can feel like a tourist trap. The staff at the Inti Punku Machupicchu Hotel & Suites were very accommodating, especially Yolanda at the front desk. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, and the suite with the terrace was even better with amazing mountain views. The breakfast spread was good, and the location was convenient, right in front of the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the area.

We were impressed with the hospitality, stylish and cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows, big shower with hot water, and delicious breakfast. The staff, especially Melinda and Walter, were very friendly and helpful. The hand made presents on Valentine's Day were a nice touch.

Plus, the breakfast is included and starts at 4:30 am, allowing for an early start to explore Machu Picchu.

We had a romantic escape and the room was absolutely stunning. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and added a touch of romance to our stay. the room was also very clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic getaway. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the local area, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of our stay was the noise level. the hotel's location near the train tracks meant that we were constantly disturbed by the noise of trains passing by.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Aguas Calientes. The location was perfect, close to the train station and the souvenir market. Thanks to the helpful staff member at the main desk, Walter, I had a smooth check-out and he even recommended an amazing tour guide for Machu Picchu. I'll highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

Outstanding staff! We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room at 2:30 am, but Jose Luis at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get back in.
