The hotel is located in the center of Puno, so it's very convenient to visit all the spots in the city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with attention to detail like painted chocolate brown walls. The breakfast offered a good assortment of options, ensuring a nice start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puno. During my visit, I experienced the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. One particular night, I was feeling the effects of the altitude, and the staff quickly provided me with oxygen, ensuring my comfort and well-being. Additionally, the rooms were warm and cozy, with a fresh flask of hot water provided daily for tea. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and I appreciated the availability of tea bags and coca leaves in both my room and the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to guest needs.

Complimentary pick-up, excellent execution! Speedboat tour and breakfast were good. Spacious room with hot shower, comfy bed. Walking distance to attractions. Lack of bathroom lighting and noise, but overall excellent value. Convenient location near restaurants and bars. Great option in price range. Late check-out available.

The hot water thermos and breakfast buffet selection were decent. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and attractions. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The room was outdated and lacked proper lighting. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had a lingering odor. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting us with our needs. our experience at this hotel was disappointing and we would not recommend it to others.
