We had an amazing stay at this hostel! The location was perfect, right next to the main square but on a quieter street. The rooms were comfortable with their own lights and power sockets, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, even reminding us about breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was simple but good, with options like boiled or fried eggs. The hostel also had great facilities, including a patio with lockers and a fireplace. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That on rainy days, there was a lack of indoor common space.

The double room with ensuite was comfortable and had hot water in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms were clean and there was a fridge available for guests to use. The patio in the middle was a great place to relax. There were cheap options for eating out every night. The bar and bonfire were enjoyable and the prices for food and drinks were reasonable. The hostel is set in a lovely old building and there were plenty of solo travelers and backpackers to socialize with. The location was about 15-20 minutes from the main square.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Intro Hostels. the location is great, close to the city center but away from the noise. the beds were extremely comfortable and the washrooms were spotless. We loved the common area and the group dinners, especially when the weather was nice. the staff, especially Sergio, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They even let us store our luggage at the hostel when we weren't staying there. We highly recommend Intro Hostels for a wonderful and enjoyable stay in Cusco.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even when we had lost our cash and card upon arrival. They allowed us to pay the next day and were helpful throughout our trip. Additionally, they even let our friends have a complimentary breakfast when they arrived early in the morning. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near the main plaza and the central San Pedro market. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with spotless bathrooms that were cleaned daily. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a cool courtyard and a bar. The blankets provided warmth during the chilly nights in this city. we highly recommend staying here for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
