the fresh juice was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. the hotel itself was amazing, from the setting and ambience to the excellent service provided by the front of house staff. the breakfast was also top-notch and the shower in the room was absolutely fantastic. it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center, within walking distance to the main square, cathedral, and a huge nearby market. I loved exploring the market and trying all the different foods, it was a unique experience. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the hotel's central courtyard was a beautiful place to relax. The hotel also offered interesting activities like salsa classes and market tours.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being close to various attractions and restaurants in the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities like the cold and hot pools, sauna, and steam room were a great addition to our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options each morning, and the staff, including Danitza from the restaurant, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even provided a soothing tea to help alleviate our headaches due to the high altitude in this city.

Amazing service!

I had forgotten my reading glasses in the room right before heading to Machu Picchu. In a panic, I called the concierge at JW Marriott and within minutes, they had my glasses delivered to the train station. It was such a relief! The next day, they even arranged a special off-menu meal for my partner. The concierge truly went above and beyond! I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
