We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the availability of tea in the lobby. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the main square and close to good restaurants. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 7th floor was also a highlight, with a stunning panoramic view of the city.

Our stay at Koyllur Inn was absolutely delightful. We were pleasantly surprised when we found hot water bottles waiting for us in bed at night, providing a cozy and comfortable sleep. The panoramic view of the city during breakfast was breathtaking, and the selection of fresh fruit and sandwich options was a great start to our days. The coffee at Koyllur Inn was hands down the best we had in the region. Despite some minor room issues, the staff was quick to address them and ensure our comfort. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cusco.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the stunning panoramic view of Cusco from the rooms. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are spacious with an excellent shower. Plus, the breakfast with amazing views is a delightful way to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist area of San Blas, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and some offer great views of the city. Guests can enjoy a nice turn-down service with hot water bottles and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

Some guests encountered issues with the water quality and wifi connection in their rooms.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient for exploring the city, and the view from my room was nice. Plus, they had hot water bottles to keep me warm on the chilly Christmas night.

Finally, the laundry service was expensive, even though there was a cheaper option just across the street. it was an OK stay but there were definitely some drawbacks.
